We prepare income tax returns for all business entities for all fifty states. We also can prepare or assist with payroll tax returns, sales taxes, business licenses, personal property taxes, share assessments and franchise taxes.

Individual Tax Planning and Preparation
We provide tax planning and preparation for many individual clients. We are available for consultation throughout the year to provide tax-planning assistance. We prepare tax returns for all fifty states.

Estate Planning
Estate taxes can be a tremendous burden. If properly planned, the use of trusts and gifts can significantly reduce this burden. We can help with this planning process in addition to preparation of estate and trust returns as needed.

IRS Collection Assistance
Dealing with the IRS can be an intimidating process. We can help by preparing delinquent returns and negotiating with the IRS. This process may include submission of an offer in compromise, requests to work out a payment schedule or asking for abatement of certain tax penalties.
