Accounting and Auditing
We view our accounting and auditing services to be the core of our service offerings. We offer compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements based on each client’s individual needs. Typically compiled financial statements are adequate for start-ups and smaller companies. As credit needs increase, reviewed or audited statements often are preferred by lending institutions. We work with each client individually to determine the best fit for that business's needs.

We also audit employee benefit plans in accordance with the Department of Labor (DOL) guidelines.

Tax Services
Government contractors often face complicated tax issues. We are familiar with the environment within which contractors operate and the specific issues that are faced. These issues include multi–state taxation, executive compensation, employee benefits, and the timing of revenue recognition. In addition to simply preparing tax returns, we seek to advise our clients on these and other issues in order to better manage the tax consequences of their businesses.

Accounting System Setup and Support
We assist companies in setting up and maintaining accounting systems that will adequately account for contract costs as prescribed by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). We work with our clients to assess their accounting needs to choose the right software.
