Alethia Jordan, EMBA, SHRM-CP, is an HR Consultant in the HR Consulting Services department at Anglin. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Faulkner University, graduating summa cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Athens State University, also summa cum laude, where she served as President of the SHRM Student Chapter. Alethia also earned an Associate of Science degree from Calhoun Community College and served as a Warhawk Student Ambassador. With extensive experience in various industries, Alethia has expertise in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, compliance, and talent development. Her career spans roles in human resources consulting, municipal government, and aerospace/defense government contracting, where she excelled in optimizing HR processes and enhancing organizational strategies.

Alethia is deeply committed to professional growth and community engagement, having held leadership roles in organizations like NAAAHR and NASHRM. Her dedication to advancing workforce development and promoting diversity has earned her recognition. Additionally, she supports the Women’s Economic Development Council Foundation (WEDCF) through volunteer work.
