Anglin Reichmann Armstrong, P.C. was founded in Huntsville in 1990 and has grown regionally and nationally. This is due to the great professionals we have attracted to this beautiful part of the lower Appalachians. Our office here has 10 partners and 53 professionals and staff. We focus on comprehensive audit and attest services, accounting, complex tax and business advisory services — with particular knowledge in the biotechnology, construction, government contracting, information technology, manufacturing and real estate industries.
Living and working in Huntsville, our team is involved in and sponsors a variety of community causes and organizations. You can learn more about them on our About page. Huntsville is a wonderful place to build a career and strong relationships. The metro area has the most educated population in the state, and a large portion of the population works in engineering thanks to the large presence of NASA and the U.S. Army’s Redstone Arsenal.
Huntsville’s city center has undergone a renaissance in recent years. A slew of new construction downtown means more shopping, dining and apartment options are available. Just west of downtown, a defunct cotton mill became a bustling arts center, and craft breweries and bars have sprung up in a renovated old middle school.
The median age range in Huntsville is late 30s, and although the cost of living in Huntsville is higher than the state average, utilities and grocery prices are on par with the rest of America. While transportation prices tend to be slightly lower, the cost of health care is slightly higher than other cities around America.

In 2018, Anglin Reichmann Armstrong merged with Pensacola-based Bloomer, Geri & Company, a comprehensive tax-consulting firm with a strong reputation for complex tax planning and reporting for individuals and businesses. Pensacola offers a rich history of cultural traditions with amazing ocean shorelines along the Gulf of Mexico. The region has a significant military presence, specifically the Naval Air Station Pensacola, which serves as a base for all military designations. Though the warm weather attracts veterans and retirees alike, the median age is only 38. People are drawn to the outdoor recreation, deep sea fishing excursions, diverse food and entertainment options, and affordable housing. Additionally, Florida residents are not required to pay state income tax. Schools rank in the mid-range of U.S. schools, with nine identified as the best nationally.
