David Bier is a Partner at Anglin Reichmann Armstrong, and he serves as the COO. His responsibilities include strategy, growth and a client centric Firm culture, as well as operational excellence. David is heavily involved in the firm’s executive management, merger & acquisition strategy, and community relations. David joined Anglin after a successful career in the theatre exhibition industry, which included the start-up and sale of Monaco Pictures in Huntsville, Alabama.  

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University. David is an avid supporter of community involvement and served as the President on the Board of Directors for the Huntsville Botanical Gardens, Heart of the Valley YMCA, and HEALS, Inc. Additionally, he serves in various capacities on the Boys and Girls Club of North Alabama, Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, and the Madison Visionary Partners.  He is a graduate of Leadership Huntsville/Madison County Focus Class 33 and Leadership Flagship Class 31.
