Kavitha Hichkad is a Partner in the Audit & Assurance Department specializing in government contracting, information technology, and employee benefit plans. Kavitha is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned her Master of Business Administration, Accounting and Finance in 2003. She also earned her Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in 1996 from Georgia Institute of Technology. Kavitha has over 13 years of experience in public accounting, providing extensive knowledge in audit and assurance services. She assists clients in maintaining accurate financial statements and employee benefit plan information. She enjoys researching current industry trends on different key issues, providing advisory guidance explicitly tailored to her client’s needs.

Kavitha is a 2019 graduate of the Emerging Leaders Academy, Upstream Academy, and serves on the Board of Directors for Friends, Inc. She is also an active board member of the Hampton Cove Elementary School PTA, where she serves as the financial secretary.
