Family friendly is business friendly. That is the motto of the Best Place for Working Parents® assessment of employers nationwide. Factoring the top 10 family friendly policies as determined by research from workforce and policy sites, employers must demonstrate these policies to be included in the annual list.
We are happy to make that list through our flexible scheduling and remote work policies as well as our positive work culture that helps families manage work and home.
Best of the Bay
Anglin Reichmann Armstrong has been chosen as Pensacola News Journal’s “Best of the Bay” in the Accounting Firm category for 2023.
This will be the fourth time we have won the Best of the Best Pensacola community’s choice award since 2019.
The “Best of the Bay” is a designation among the best of the best local businesses in the Pensacola, Fla. area. This shows current clients and potential clients that Anglin is a great choice for top accounting and advisory services in the area.
Best Firms to Work For
We also ranked high on Accounting Today’s Best Firms to Work For list for 2023.
Best Firms to Work For is a national ranking based on a comprehensive employee survey, and Anglin is ranked #6 out of 100 mid-size firms! After winning the award last year, we have now moved up in rank. This also marks the 9thyear we’ve ranked in a row.

Best Companies to Work
In addition, Anglin was included on the 2023 Best Companies to Work For in Alabama list by Business Alabama Magazine. We ranked second among small to mid-sized firms in the state for our approaches to team culture, careers and contributions to the business community, among other factors. Only 40 companies were included in this statewide list.

We were thrilled and proud to make Accounting Today‘s list for 2023 Best Firms for Young Accountants. Each year, Accounting Today and Best Companies Group recognize the 100 Best Firms to Work For in the U.S. and then they pick the 10 Best Firms for Young Accountants from among those, based on the responses of younger staff to their comprehensive employee survey. This year, we’re in the top 10!
